Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You can also send us an email and we will be able to assist you.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping is free within the US or $150 International and get FREE SHIPPING!
Q: Why is my shipping cost so high?
A: In some cases the shipping cost may appear high. Overpayment on shipping costs will ALWAYS be refunded to the customer via Paypal.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: All payments must be processed using Paypal.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for a refund. The item being returned must be in the original packaging. We do NOT accept returns on paper. All paper sales are final.
Q: How can I find out about upcoming sales and promotions?
A: New sales are listed on our blog. You can also register to receive our newsletters via email. The registration box is located on the homepage.
Q: What is Pre-Order?
A: A Pre-Order is when you place an order for an item before it has been released by the manufacturer. Once the item arrives in stock, all orders are immediately filled. In the event that there is a delay or problems with the order, you will be notified. Updates will also be posted on our Twitter, Facebook, and Blog pages.
Q: How do I use your coupon code?
A: Coupon codes should be entered during checkout. The first checkout page will have a box at the bottom for the promotion code to be entered.
